Time: 11:00 a.m. Small Breeds(Up to 20 lbs) & 1:00 p.m. Medium Breeds(Up to 60 lbs)
Registration Deadline March 25th at 5:00 p.m.

Owner represents that he or she is the legal owner of the dog listed above and desires to participate in the Doggie Dash to be held at Playgarden Park on Saturday, April 2, 2022 for the Redlands Festival. Owner hereby agrees to the following:
Owner’s private insurance is the only insurance coverage available to Owner who shall provide coverage for any injuries inflicted by or to Owner’s dog. Owner further acknowledges and understands that he or she will be held responsible for any and all damage to persons or property that is caused by or related to Owner’s participation in the event. The City of Fulton shall not be responsible for any costs incurred for or by misbehaved animals. Owner consents to use of his or her name and photo and any photos of his or her dog for publicity purposes. Owner hereby releases and forever discharges, and waives any and all claims against the City of Fulton, officers, directors, partners, and affiliates(the “Released Parties”) that relate to the Owner’s do participation in the Event and agrees not to sue for those Claims. For purposes of this Agreement, “Claims” shall mean any past, present, and future claims, losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, demands, or causes of legal cation, and costs of defense or settlement (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and court costs). Owner hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties against any and all Claims arising from or related to Owner’s participation in the Event. This Agreement is binding on Owner and Owner’s heirs and executors.
I have read the rules and waive any rights to and will not attempt to hold any party responsible is another dog bites my dog or myself.

*All Dogs must be accompanied by two people in order to race (one person at the starting gate and one at the finish line). You may bring your dog’s favorite toy to use during the race to encourage your racers. No lights, laser pointers, or items thrown down the track will be allowed. Please clean up after your dog!
